What do you mean by "gently used"?
While we gladly receive all donated items, we only sell those items which we would purchase ourselves. All items are evaluated as to their condition before being thoroughly laundered. Minor repairs (i.e. replacement of buttons, repairing of hems) are undertaken, as is stain removal. You may find your purchase has a small reminder of its previous owner, such as an ink stain. We will sell items such as these if the imperfections do not affect the lifespan, durability, wearability, or presentation of the uniform.

Can you help with sizing?
We know that our uniform sizing can be tricky. We recommend using the sizing charts for uniform items provided at www.inschoolwear.com/product-category/public/school-of-alberta-ballet/
to assist you in getting the perfect fit before you purchase from our store.

What is your return policy?
Our store is a fundraising resource for our school and as such, we do NOT provide returns of any items purchased through our site. All items are sold 'AS IS' and are FINAL SALES. If you no longer require an item you have purchased, we would be happy to receive it as a donation and we will do our best to find it a new home.

Do you sell elements of the ABS artistic uniform (leotards, shoes, etc.)?
We happily sell gently used (current) items from the artistic uniform, if we have them in stock. Given the wear and tear the artistic uniform undergoes, we rarely have these items for sale. But it does sometimes happen. If you have items to donate, please do. You will see artistic elements in the store as we receive them. (Note that we will not accept items of any of the older artistic uniform--colors or styles--for donation or resale.)
